About NSW Bar Dispute Resolution Centre

Welcome to the NSW Bar DRC, a purpose-built facility for Mediations, Arbitrations, Virtual Courtrooms and other types of meetings and conferences. Located in the heart of Sydney CBD's court precinct, our building is adjacent to the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Our newly refurbished space offers a friendly, safe environment with sound proofed rooms and a range of amenities, such as teleconferencing, video conferencing with on-site technical support and printing. Our rooms are fully equipped and can be flexibly configured to cater for large or small groups. Choose from:

The main conference room is perfect for Arbitration able to be set up like a Court with witness box, Bar table and instructors nearby, and Bench for the Arbitrator. All three conference rooms are ideal for Mediations with a number of parties. The audio visual/Zoom/Cisco conference facility is being improved and close to perfect for joining parties/witnesses unable to be present in person. Perhaps most importantly the staff without exception are helpful, friendly, tech savvy for older practitioners like me and for whom nothing is too much trouble.“
